Capi International gives a world-wide two years guarantee on all articles purchased in her shops!
Of course we keep a close supervision over the excellent conditions of all our articles. If, nonetheless, a defect should occur, you may apply to the manufacturer to enforce the guarantee. In case there is no valid manufacturers guarantee for the article, or if your complaint is of a different nature, please follow the instructions below.

How to proceed in case of a defect or complaint:
1. Before having the article repaired, send an e-mail or write to the address mentioned below as soon as possible, by all means within two years from the date of purchase, including a description of the complaint.
2. Attach/enclose a copy of the receipt.
3. Do not yet return the article, after receipt of your mail or letter we will reply to you as soon as possible, advising you about further steps.
